Shanlatte Artist, Diana

She is a Dominican painter, born in Barahona, Dominican Republic on December 1974, and is currently a resident of Miami, Florida.

In 1992 at age 18, she enrolled into the University Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) to pursue her dreams of becoming a student of Fine Art. She graduated in Fine Arts, Creativity, and Management in 1998.

Starting in 2011, she administered art classes across several schools across Broward County.

In 2014, she showcased her paintings such as her “My Nikki,” “Adama 1 & 2,” “Colour” and Abstract collections with great pride. She uses different artistic styles that range from the creation of abstract art to figurative art. She defines her art pieces as happy, colorful but with powerful artistic expression.

My art includes oils, acrylics, and kind of mixed media, techniques, texture, to create interesting piece of art, all my word is original, signed art ready for hanging or display.

my art piece can be created  on canvas, papers, and wood in all size.

i using mixture of warms and cool colors, sweet and sour, light and dark, mute and vivrant colors.
